graphics AMD 4 gb R9 M375

using z51 70 lenevo laptop freezes while playing games i need to go to service center for this problem or any other solution is there to cure

Hi,

Before you take it to a service center for a repair, do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver first.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http/support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- If the same problem will persist I would suggest to reinstall Windows first because if that will also not solve the issue then proceed with sending it for a repair.
