Graphics Capable Laptops

How do I determine if a laptop will stream video adequately to watch without hesitation and with good to excellent graphic quality, color etc?
eg what do I need for a processor Intel or AMD, memory quantity/speed, bus speed, and graphics processor. I've seen an MSI that has an Nvidia 9600M GT(512Mb), with 4Gb system RAM, and an AMD Dual Core QL-60A processor would this be a reasonable system?
