Graphics Card Different

Hi,

I have a laptop HP Notebook - 15-bs025nx, I installed the original windows 10 creators update, once installed i checked the graphics and other drivers in Device Manager. since nothing was installed by default. I ran the windows update. Once update was completed i checked and found out that my graphics card is Radeon 530, Then afterwards I downloaded the crimson Live software from radeon and i updated the software and when i checked it is showing me Radeon R7 m340 as the model.

So now i want to know what is my graphic card model. and Why does it show 2 graphic card model in 2 seperate installations.
