Graphics card Driver Installs but GeForce Experience still says there's an update there.

I'm on a Lenovo y410p and It's been like this for a while. I'm running windows 10 but this started before i upgraded. I haven't been able to play any game at all. I've tried looking at the bios and it tells me i need to restart my computer and i do but it doesn't do anything. I found a guy on another site that has the same problem but with a lenovo y510p. Any advice would be great. I just want to be able to play with my friends.
