Graphics Card Help

Hello,
I am buying a HP laptop online and get to design certain aspects. I need to choose a graphics card for this laptop. I only really watch movies on my laptop and occassionally play the Sims 3. What is the best graphics card to get? My options are:

Intel(R) HD Graphics [HDMI,VGA]
or
512 MB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM)HD 5470 Switchable graphics[HDMI,VGA]
or
1 GB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM)HD 5650 switchable graphics[HDMI,VGA]

Also, the Intel's price is included in the cost. The 512 MB ATI is an additional $50. The 1 GB ATI is an additional $100. Is the extra cost worth the upgrade?
