Solved! Graphics Card problems, BlueScreen, Low FPS while gaming, and weird pixelation

I am currently using a Surface Book 2 15inch that has an Nvidia 1060 GPU.

About two weeks ago I started noticing some issues.
1. Every once in a while I get a blue screen with the stop code: VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

2. I play league of legends and while I usually have 60+ FPS on max graphics I now have around 41. Even if I reduce the settings it sticks at 41 FPS.

3. I am seeing weird pixel distortion in windows and sometimes I can't see youtube videos without restarting cause it just looks terrible.


What I have tried:

1. Reinstall the graphics card drivers

2. Checked GPU usage
I noticed that the Nvidia GPU is being used however not much of the memory.
