Graphics performance of Mavericks in VMWARE WOrkstation 9

I am running Mavericks in Vmware workstation 9 in Windows 8.1. The current graphics memory is being shown as 128mb. Please tell me how to increase this / how to get better graphics performance in my OS X virtual machine.
