Great Camera Under $200?

Hey guys. I need a new camera for next week's E3 of which I will be attending. I am basically trying to get the best I can for my teeny tiny budget (times are tough for us college grads). Anyhoo, I was hoping to find a really good digital camera under $200. I prefer to buy from Walmart.com because I have this $115 gift card burning a hole in my pocket.

I am open to others, though. What would you guys recommend for a show like that where I will most likely deal with low lighting situations and where good zoom and image stabilization may be pretty necessary? Thanks!
