Green spots/dots on the screen of my mobile (MyPhone)

There are green dots on the screen of my cellphone. I am afraid because I dont have enough money to buy for a new one. I bought my cellphone like 3 months ago...

Please help me if you have any idea what are these green dots all about. I'm really am irritated everytime I saw them.

IF you bought it new then your phone should still be under warranty but it sounds like the graphics processor maybe failing I would do a master reset to confirm. Be sure to do a back up before you do the master reset.
