gta 4 crashes

i have gta 4 but when i open it nothing happens i think the game crashes my laptop specification is intel hd graphics 3000 with 4gb ram 2.40ghz and intel core i3 please help me

try re install your game ..
there could be a failure in installation of your game ..

if re install not work ..
your installer could be corrupted ..
