yes u can run gta at 20-25 with the lowest possible settings and lowest graphics in intel 5500
and u can play at 30 fps in 720p with the lowedst posible settings in intel 4600
If you have an Xbox One or PS4 the visual difference isn't that huge really, just look at comparison videos, most of the difference is a bit more vegetation/draw distance/AA. It is not the same difference as going from the Xbox 360 or PS3 to Xbox One/PS4. So if you already have an Xbox One or PS4, just go with that instead of spending money on a new computer just for this game.

I do not build a laptop for gaming only. But I indeed need one for work. I choose GTA 5 as the heavy program for testing.

And what do you guys think about the Alienware 13 (2015 Version) ?

You'll get away with high settings, but not ultra at 1080p http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-960M.138006.0.html, unless you get the graphics amplifier obviously.

Not Really. i ran GTA V on Intel HD 5500(128mb of dedicated video RAM), and it runs good, but only at 14-30fps, then after about 1hr 40mins it start lagging. In Addition the only thing needed is to increase the dedicated video RAM to about 2gb.

Correct
