Gta 5 requirements

I am building a pc with i7 4690k, 8gb ram, nvidia geforce gtx 760 2gb graphics card. Will it be sufficient for playing gta 5 at high settings

Is this just a gaming PC, if so matching a 4690k with a 760 is a bad idea. The 760 will be a major bottleneck.

If playing at 1080p the 760 is far too weak to play GTA V at high settings

Also the 4690k is an i5 and not i7, the i7 version is 4790k
