GTA V on Fujitsu Lifebook?

So I have a Fujitsu Lifebook T902 laptop with an Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics card. All the hardware is stock. Can I run GTA V with my laptop as is? Or will I have to upgrade some components?

You should be able to play it fairly well on the lowest settings.
