GTX 750 Ti vs GTX 960 or different graphics card?

Alright, so I'm currently building my first gaming pc and I'm trying to decide what graphics card I should get. I want to know if it's worth spending the extra $80 or so for the GTX 960 or is there another card I should get instead. What brand or card in particular would go best with my current build and give me the best performance? I will be playing mostly FPS's and sometimes MOBA's. Also, I haven't bought RAM or a Power Supply so those two things can change if needed.

What resolution are you using? And what is your overal budget.

From what it seems like, your best bet would actually be a GTX 950 (it's almost as powerful as a 960), you can get them for as low as $145.
