Hi,

Those 2 GPU are almost identical with their specification, they only differ with the built quality and support. I would go for the ASUS GPU since it's a little bit cheaper plus the built quality of it is better than the Gigabyte GPU. But it still depends onto where you'll use it for and the hardware you already have available. If you're monitors uses DVI-I and DVI-D go with the Gigabyte GPU.
