gtx 960m using 100%

so I had a new msi laptop for a while ive noticed that my Nvidia gpu uses 100% when I play games, and the temperatures is about 35-50°C, would it damage my gpu or is it normal ? my gpu is 2gb GDDR5

what is the shaders mod is it something light like suilders or something hevey a 980 ti struggles with like continuum ultra

chopatic 13 light unless at 4k should not cause 100% usage try a different minecraft version i know 1.9 is really buggy
