Gtx1070 vs m2200 laptop

looking at 2 laptops for my architecture study in the Netherlands, and was wondering if the 1070 GPU would last me 5 years of autoCAD i will probably be doing 2d and 3d work on it.

and if the 1070 is not enough for 5 years of autoCAD will the M2200 be enough ?

 

GTX laptop:

i7-7700hq

16gb ram

256gb m.2 ssd 

gtx 1070 (8gb)

 

or 

quadro laptop

 

i7-7700hq

16gb ram

256gb m.2 ssd

quadro M2200 (4gb)

question is will u be looking to play some heavy games on it.if yes go for 1070 route.it will be good enough for autocad and few 3d works.heck even my dell 7567 with a gtx 1050ti seems to be doing great when i am doing a few 3d works,editing,rendering.also is there a lot of price difference?
