Had LG Tribute and I now have a ZTE

I had a LG Tribute and now I have a ZTE Max and I synced my Google account and most of my contacts came but not all of them are there. I no longer have access to the LG so how can I get the rest of my contacts? Very important PLEASE HELP!

You cannot get them if you don't have access to the old device and they are not in the account.
