Solved! Hai... I have dell latitude D610 when I turn it on it starts up and the screen on for sometime then goes back but laptop says

A customer brought his dell laptop D610 to repair. As he explained I got his problem. He said when he turns it on. It comes with screen boot and goes off suddenly but the laptop remains on. And when I switched it also on it showed up everything well but when I restarted it again the same problem came back.. Thanks

There could be something with the connection to the screen.
