Hi,
I recently got a new laptop that allows me to mount 2 hdds back to back (both metallic sides against each other), but the problem is that they are too thick to fit together in the caddy. So my questions are:
-Would I be able to remove the top (metal) side of the case off of one of them so that they fit?
-Would I gain any space by doing this? (both drives are http/www.amazon.com/HGST-Travelstar-2-5-Inch-Internal-0J22423/dp/B00B4QESVQ/ref=aag_m_pw_dp?ie=UTF8&m=A1BKCYQGK0QCS0 )
-Would the hdd be able to run OK without messing up the other hdd?
Thank you!
