Hard reset can't install apps now.

I have a 10" tablet that I got through Kim Komando web site. I don't know the manufacturer or how to find that out. I was having trouble with a google app that kept failing. I did a "factory data reset" and now I don't have any of my apps which was the point of doing the reset but I can't reinstall them because google play says they are already installed. Any ideas on how to restore or reinstall my kindle and hulu apps?

Click the Apps square and tap the Settings icon then onMore. Under Application Manager, find those two and clear the caché then the data and finally, force stop..

If there is an uninstall button, tap that but in the circumstances it's missing. Restart the device and try installing again.
