I’m hoping someone might know, I’m assuming that it’s possible.
I’ve a LSPA7 WiFi plug which has stopped working suddenly. I’ve tried resetting the plug but no joy. I get a faint blue light (not sure if that is just a residual light from inside or if it’s on)but when I hold it gif 5 secs nothing happens. I’ve also tried 10 secs and same, the light just does not react. I’ve also tried holding the button from before plugged in and keeping it held for 10 secs, again nothing happens.
Is there another way to reset this plug or is it dead?

plug in the smartplug, press the on/off button so it either gets on or off,
if it´s responding, it might be ok but your settings inside the plug are wrong. Press on so the light is on and press the button afterwards for at least one minute to be sure it´s resetted. After this press the power button for 5sec, the blue light should start flashing and you can connect it to your phone.

Yea no, none of that is working. It won't turn on or off and while technically there is a blue light on its very faint and I'm not sure if it's just very faint or bleed from another internal led.
Can't seem to reset it either
