japan for one, but thats a 100 down 100 up for about 20$ there are places that offer more for 100$ a month there but compare that to me, i have about 50mb down 5ish up, and i pay 80 a month for that.

yea, much rather stay in america, just seeing how law works in the more developed countries when an american is involved (they don't even bother looking for anyone else even if there is evadance of other people if a native to the country is involved, and this has happened more than once) than go to to other countries... at the same time i have very little trust in other people to begin with due to how often people have screwed me over in the past.

Guys, in South Africa we fail the most.... or rather our service provider called Telkom. We have to pay $125 per month for a 4MB Uncap internet here in S.A. We have the most expensive internet in the whole world. And if we download, the stupid ISP throttles your account down to 1MB and then 384Kb if you download even more !!!!! And the worst part is that if you want to have uncap internet, you will have to use Telkom, because they are the only service provider. Now, then we have Cell C, MTN, Vodacom (Vodafone) as mobile networks that offer 3G and 4G. This is even more expensive if you work out what you pay per MB. You are looking at about 0.25 c per MB. I hate our service provider and I hate the Government for allowing this shit to happen to the people in South Africa. I also want to move the Russia !!!

How about you stop blindly trusting the media. They will always present just a part of the facts and try to defent their compatriots, thus always showing the grass is greener on their side. This is valid for both sides of a story.

My god, MegaFon can deliver 419GB to one person over one week and still maintain good prices and service. Meanwhile, Rogers fails in both aspects.

If the monthly rate makes the internet, then God forbid I make enough money to pay for what I want. I pay $79 a month for my internet, but it's 50/35 fiber, and it's incredibly stable. Verizon Fios. I run Lte on my cell phone, and honestly I pay for it. I'm not jeolous that it's cheaper somewhere else, I'm not saying everyone out there has equal internet, but where I live we aren't hurting for speeds. Honestly, I'm not a power user in terms of downloading, but I know that 6MB/s actual down is pretty decent, and Ill be ok with that. Like it or not, the US isn't completely on Docsis 2.0 cable like you all are making it sound.

Yep. Same is typically true for Latin women.
Nicer skin and nicer body as a result of a healthier diet.
