Have a single jack headset but PC requires dual jack

I have a Turtle Beach headset with one jack for both Microphone and Earphones. My Pc will only recognise Audio or the microphone so i have to choose between the two. My question is if i was to plug the headset in with the audio jack and get another headset with a microphone and plug that in with the microphone jack would i be able to use both audio from the headset and the mic from the other headset?
