Have to boot twice and then start windows normally

Any ideas on how to start my Satellite P755 Toshiba on the first try? It will startup on 2nd try on start windows normally option?

Withiout further more detailed description of what is happening, thatz gonna be tough ... what does Toshoba say ?

Have not contacted them yet. Just thought it might be a generic computer problem instead of specific to Toshiba. Am running Windows 7. Will try and see what their tech and/or forum says too. Thanks.
