I got a xgody 10.1" tablet an the update is from 2015 an every time I try to update it asks me to enter my gmail an when I do it says problem with connection then it will say android.info.login. gfu or something at the top left of the screen what can I do?

If I am understanding your question correctly, the problem is that the log in information you are giving the device is not matching up with the log in information stored in the device.

It is an authentication issue.

Sometimes updates are a royal pain. The update you are referring to, is that to the standard OS? Or did you root the device?
