Yet the power light is brinking but can't turn on. What can I do. Of course my battery seems to be dead and was just using power from source.

Solution hang-the-9 Jan 12, 2015 Power light is blinking? Sounds like it's in sleep mode, unless there is some other hardware issue outside of just a dead battery. Remove the battery from the laptop, and try running it only on wall power. Before that, unpug both battery and wall power and hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, then plug in the power and try turnig it on.
