Hd lose

Hello,
i keep losing hd on my notebook when i watch online videos.why?

I think he might mean that he is losing HD (as in video quality) when he watches videos online.

If this is the case it's a buffering issue. Higher quality video contains more information and takes longer to download. If you try to start the video before it has time to fully download, it will try to stream it as best it can but if your internet connection isn't fast enough to download the HD video it will revert to standard definition.
