Hdd master password set itself on acer aspire laptop and clearing cmos with jump

is there another jumper to clear hdd master password on acer aspire cmos j3 jumper does not clear it

you cant reset a hard drive password and we dont offer help with passwords

it's factory password never set personal passwords to get in so do you know what it may be

Besides, I have never heard of a system being sold from the factory with a HDD that is password-protected. Likely the OWNER of the laptop could unlock it.
