Hdmi and microphone IN mixer to HDmi out

I need a device which can take hdmi in and microphone IN and mix the two and out on hdmi.
I want tonite chrome cast in the input and add karoke wireless microphone and output to HDmi which I Wl send to my bose hdmi input.
