Solution
Well, there's a few solutions if the HDCP is broken. You can try another splitter that ignores all HDCP and connect your projector with it. One such as this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004F9LVXC/?tag=hotoge0c-20
or
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0089DSLMY/?tag=hotoge0c-20

It may work when you use this splitter (without splitting, just passthough). Just connect the cable from the TV box/Blu-ray to the HDMI IN of the splitter, and a cable to the projector from the HDMI OUT 1. No guarantee though.

Does EPSON actually have HDCP on your model? Did you test it out before connecting your previous splitter?
Hello.

It is perfectly possible. If your Epson projector does not support HDCP, many devices will not work. Most computers will, but any apparatus capable of displaying copyrighted information will not connect.

Or you used a splitter that broke your HDCP function. Which I think is what happened...since this is not your first post?

Thank you! Yes , this is my second post for this issue because Epson is not accepted that "HDCP function has broken" . I search for another explanation and i would like to find a solution.

I have no choice I will try one of the splitter that you recommend. I wonder how can a cable to cause a serious problem and why the projector can not be hard reset to factory settings? Yes projector is compatible with HDCP.

HDCP sometimes can be damaged if you somehow created a static shock, or sent too much voltage. You need to be careful of always using quality components, and the correct ones. ^^

I seriously hope it solves your issues. It's a shame when you have a good projector like yours and it doesn't want to connect for an obscure reason...

thank you very much I will inform you of the outcome
