HDMI not recognizing Amazon Fire Stick

Have 2 Samsung Tv's. ANYNET CEC on 1 tv WON'T recognize THE CONNECTION , The other was NO PROVLEM, HDMI CABLES are BOTH TOP of LINE, WHAT'S the PROBLEM???

Can you select the HDMI input or do you just get no picture or sound?
If the TVs are different resolutions maybe the Firstick is set to a resolution that the TV can't handle.
Try a different HDMI input.
CEC is irrelevant.
What cable? Don't you plug the Firestick directly into the TV?
