I have a full HD TV which have 1 VGA port and 2 HDMI ports . When I connect my PC with VGA it only displays 1366x768p and 1080p with HDMI
But HDMI 1080p looks worse compared to VGA 768p(very pixelated) . Can i improove my HDMI quality and my TV is 32inch

Solution
Check the native resolution of you TV to make sure it is 1080p. If not set the output of your PC to the native resolution. When you do that the TV doesn't have to process the video which can cause artifacts. It's a very popular place for TV makes to save money.

The built in scalers in TV's sometimes cause bad quality. Try setting the aspect ratio on the TV to 1:1 or Original if possible. It may be better.
