HDMI sound help

I would like to be able to take my Dell with an Intel Carleton of a couple N3050 and use an HDMI cable to play movies for my friends and also have my own sound on my computer for what I'm doing while they have sound on the TV is this possible

There are programs to allow your to route audio for each program running.
