Headphone static noise while plugged back

I've got a interesting problem.
So i got brand new headphones. But when i plug them back in the computer (directly to motherboard) sometimes i hear some hissing/buzzing/static noises. It wasn't happening on my old headphones. But when I plug them in front, they work good except the jack is ruined and i have to rotate the cable to find the right spot every time and it's annoying. The headphones use 60 Ohms the old headphone used 32. The front jack can't be fixed. On the laptop (like 7 years old) it sounded worse but I kind of expected that. On my phone tho, they sound perfect. Will an amp fix the problem?

Okay so i had an old sound card that is still better than my onboard sound. Put in in my computer and now it's working.
