So full disclosure I am the Director of Marketing here at ModMic - so you know exactly where my vote on your mic is going to land
First, do consider if you just want to replace the mic and not worry about changing headphones. Saves some cash, but you can probably get better audio quality overall, and certainly less weight.
You need to know if you want open or closed back headphones, as that will change what your options are.
Open back
If you like a lot of treble/bass, look into the DT990 or DT880
If you want a more neutral sound, look into the HD558 or HD598 (if you can find them, both are discontinued)
If you want a warm sound the AKG 700 series is also a good choice.
Closed Back
If you like a lot of treble/bass, look into the DT770.
If you want a warm sound, the ATH-M40x
And if you want to be classic the Sony MDR V6 is a less harsh V sound than the DT line... and really one of my favorites for closed back gaming.
You can head over to the social section of the ModMic website and I just wrote an article about various options in the 100-150 range (total price including mic).
Oh - and now that I think of it - if you meant the total budget was 150: Get the Philips SHP 9500 or the Superlux 668 (and replace the earpads). Best bet, hands down for open back. Closed - just grab those Sony MDR V6.
