Headphones crackling on my Iphone

I hear popping sounds when using my Razer Kraken 7.1 headphones on any Iphone. It works on my computer but it ruins my listening experience on my phone. I didnt change any setting in my phone and I need to fix this headset. Can someone pls respond

You said on "any" iPhone, so you tried it on several? Do other headphones work OK on them? Does lowering volume do anything? Do the headphones work on other phones/tablets?

They work on my laptop but they crackle on my iPhone 6 and my old iPhone 5. They crackle noticeably less on my iPhone 6 but I still hear crackles every now and then.

Contact Razer support and let them know, seems like a connection issue with the headset and your phones.
