headphones dont work

my headphones today all of a sudden, i can only hear on 1 side..... when i move my head i can only hear on side and then sometimes both..... any solutions

It is a problem with the wire likely, it bent back and forth throughout use and has frayed and you could attempt to splice and fix the cable, but unless they are really nice headphones I doubt it is worthwhile.

If they are expensive and new, then return them.

If they are just expensive then get a PC repair shop to look at repairing them.

If neither, buy a replacement.
