I'm trying to decide on a new set of gaming headphones. Here are the Pros and Cons I've come up with so far. I would appreciate some opinions from those of you that know alot more about this stuff than me.
HyperX Cloud II ($70)
Pros: Great price and still gets very good reviews, Comes w/ airplane adapter for use on a plane
Cons: Wired
Recon3D Omega ($120)
Pros: Great reviews; Very customizable software; Scout Mode
Cons: More expensive than HyperX Cloud II, Relatively short 8hr battery life
Ear Force Z300 ($170)
Pros: Bluetooth, great reviews, very long (15hr) battery life
Cons: Shorter distance than Recon3D, most expensive
The most I've ever spent on the past for any headphones is probably $50, so I have no idea what those higher price points feel/sound like. I figure this time around, I'm not going cheap. I want something good, but I don't want to pay more than I have to (I still appreciate a good value).
