I have a Bloody Gaming G500 headphone, and all of a sudden it started giving me the "USB descriptor failed code 43" error. Now upon doing all the things I found online and them not helping, I figured that something else is the cause and some digging later I found that my Bloody tonemaker seems to not be able to detect my headphones, as indicated by the fact that it doesn't show the headset's ID when connected. I don't know what to do and I severely need help.

^Drivers tab. I've encountered and fixed this problem once before but I don't really remember how.
I've reinstalled the tonemaker to no avail.

In your "Device Manager" screenshot: That "Unrecognized USB Device ..." - is it related to your headphones (that is, does it appear only when you plug them)?

Yes

So you know the problem is with the headphones. If you have powered USB hub, try connecting them thru it, or thru USB 3.0 port.
