Headphones making noise

I keep having this weird noise in my headphones when I connect them to my computer but only when I play games without vsync. If I enable vsync I don't get any buzzing at all. But since I play CSGO, I don't really want to be playing with a severely limited frame rate. Any know how I can fix this/have had the same problem?
