Headphones Microphone not working for calls, video, and other apps but works fine when i use "ok google"in oppo f3

Have you gone into the phone's "Settings" and checked the settings for the headphones?

Yes i have checked the phone settings And from last few days trying to find solutions from internet but nothing is working. I can't even start the phone in safe mode.

Are you following these steps to get into "Safe Mode"?

1. First turn off the phone.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
