Headphones with low sound.

I just bought a new headset HyperX cloud, the problem is that it has very low volume and sometimes it gets fuzzy. It didnt come with any drivers. I tested the headset with my phone the volume is perfectly fine. But with videos and game it doesnt satisfy my ears.

You need a headset splitter, which splits the 4pole headset plug into two 3pole connectors (one for connector for speaker and one for mic):

I had a similar problem with some house of marley headphones, the splitter sorts the issue out.

that is just a splitter for two headsets to one jack, essentially the sockets are wired in parallel/mirror configuration. what you need is something that splits the mic and speaker to two seperate jacks.

just out of curiosity is there a single jack for mic and speakers or is it seperate on the headset you have. Also how are you connecting it to your PC.

There are two separate jacks, one for the mic and one for the speaker.
I am connecting them via the motherboard.
