Question Headphones

Hello my name is Wendy and I have the JBL 750nc wireless headphones and I only had them for a month and today on the left ear side it started making crackling noise! I don’t know how to correct it? Anyone who knows about this problem please text me back how to resolve it!

Contact JBL support. Did you test it with several devices? If they do it on all of them, need to get them replaced.
