Solved! Headset microphone not working

I have a ozone rage 7hx 7.1 gaming headset.This headset comes with a microphone that I can remove if I want.Today I turned the mic off and it is not coming back on even though I tried several times and restarted the pc.When I try to update the drivers to see if it would fix it, the driver instalation said the heasets weren´t connected.I had sound on the headset so I don´t know if only the mic part is not working.

I've tried all the ports my pc had and none of them worked.I don´t know what is happening.

does your headphone still have sound? if it has sounds like the mic is broken.

have you tried connecting it to other computer?

maybe check your USB jack if its broken some slight bend may break those dongle

Yes, the headphones give sound that's the strange part. Connecting it to another pc has the same problem aswell.

when you off the mic do you pull it out? or just leave it in, most probably it could be damaged

There is a button on the heaset that turns it off.I don´t pull the mic out.

Now it's turning the light on and off.

The cable was a bit bent on the midlle, it is now fixed.
