Hedset microphone is not working suddenly

Hedset microphone is not working suddenly. While talking on call other person is not able to hear. What is the resolution for this?

Depends. Does it work when you try to use it for things other than calls? Also have you tried restarting (turning off and back on) the phone. And you may also want to check to make sure it hasn't been muted. That happens way more than you might think.

Next you may want to scan the device for viruses and malware to make sure there is nothing on it that is interfering with this function.

Should none of the above resolve the problem, then you are probably looking at a hardware issue. If that is the case, you should contact the manufacturer if it is under warranty, or try a local tech if it isn't.
