Just be sure that the correct operating system is displayed, and if not click the Edit to the right of the message:
"Your operating system: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows 8.1 "

Select the correct operating system and then the blue update button.

You're very welcome, as to JaymanHD's question, Window's update's function is more about the operating system than the hardware on the computer. It provides, security updates and often patches or fixes to found operating system related issues, and generally also performs updates to Microsoft related software.

For an HP system, you can either manually go to the support page for that system, and download the drivers manually, or you can use the HP Support Assistant. It is a program normally a part of any new notebook ot desktop system, and if maintains the drivers, and advises if there is an update available.

For anyone running an HP system you can try it out, if you haven't already. Here are a few pages, with some information about it. 😉 Don't we all.
