Hello, I cant move my mobile apps to sd card, it says that the app is not ROOT.

I install a CLEAN MASTER SPEED BOOSTER to move it on my sd card but it says that my apps is not ROOT.

Sounds like the app requires your phone to be rooted, and yours is not. You'll have to root your phone.
