Hello I recently bought MSI E2400 every time I open my laptop I need to trouble shoot sounds please advise what should I do so

I just bought my MSI E2400 but whenever I turn it on sound is not working and I always need to trouble shoot sound so that it will work

If it is brand new and giving you issues where the sound won't stay active, I would return it and get them to give you one that is working correctly.
