Question HELP!!! ACER Spin 1 Sp111-34N - Keyboard and mousepad stopped working.

Hi there,

The Keyboard and mousepad on my Acer Notebook computer Spin 1 Sp111-34N (Model number: N17H2) suddenly stopped working.
It switched on to the tablet mode automatically and It doesn't want to be able to switch back to the keyboard/mousepad mode.

So, here I am seeking help!

My laptop allows a switch to tablet mode but the mouse still works. I assume this machine has a touch screen??

Yes, it has a touch screen. The keyboard just stopped working. I've rebooted it several times but still doesn't work.

Then there should be a couple of ways to get it out of table mode. One is to touch the square icon in the lower right corner and tap the tablet mode icon. Also, you should go to settings/system/tablet and set things up as you wish.

Thank you very much for your response! None of the keys on my keyboard work so I can't use any shortcuts. I've also gone to settings and set things as I wish but it didn't change anything. I've updated the keyboard device, nothing changed. I've also rebooted my laptop, but nothing has changed. 🙁

I have no other suggestions. Sorry. Probably time to take it to a repair shop.....
